Pilates Class for Beginners
Improve your posture, strengthen your core,

reduce muscle tension, increase body awareness,

and develop long lean muscles. Those are just a

few of the many benefits of doing Pilates.

Experience for yourself the power of control,

precision, fluidity and see how it applies to every

activity you do. Please bring a yoga mat, towel

and water. Each class is limited to five students to

insure that you get the attention you need.

Cooking with Li Si Class
This unique cooking class features healthy

recipes that need only a microwave, hotplate or a

toaster oven. Each class we will be preparing a

complete day of meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Cooking and eating healthy can be quick,

nutritious, tasty and affordable. Come learn,

taste and make new friends.
