CLASSES

The WISE Method

Understanding what it means to be “W.I.S.E”:

W   Why am I doing this exercise, movement or pose?

I   Is this exercise, movement or pose safe for me?

     S    Self awareness and correction

E    Energy, am I achieving this after I exercise?

The WISE Method provides students with the knowledge and hands-on correction to better understand how their bodies should move and feel. True health-care is self-care and true health is trusting in yourself.

With consistent practice and reinforcement from the instructor during each class, students reconnect with their inner body wisdom to achieve awareness, correction, healing, and progression.

A good workout  should always feel productive, enjoyable and energizing.
