Li Si Yang is the founder of Journey to Fitness. She has been on a journey for the pass 20 years learning how to keep the body looking, feeling and moving youthfully.  Her mission is to share her knowledge and unique teaching to lifetime learners who wish to do better, feel better, and move better.


Join Li Si at her studio near Kapahulu/ Diamond Head on any one of the following dates below for an hour workshop to prepare for your walk or run.

Class and private session are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. Studio must be notified of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to class via text message or voicemail 808-226-4653. When texting, be sure you get a reply back within an hour confirming your cancellation.  If advance notice is not provided, then the full amount  of the class will be forfeited.
