Self-Care Master Class ($99 month)

A 30 minute online self-care master class. On going Monday to Friday from 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm. If you are 50 or older, these classes will give you the accountability and support needed to prevent aches and pains and stay independent for life.

In each class, we will tune up one area of the body. This will allow you to learn and better connect with your own body. The goal of the classes is to build a community and together we will be committed, consistent and continue to grow younger.

Experience a difference when you do a daily self-care tune up for your body.  Below are more details if you wish to attend the classes.

Monday - Neck
Tuesday - Shoulders
Wednesday -Arms/Hands
Thursday - Core/Abs
Friday - Back/Spine
Monday - Hips/Glutes
Tuesday - Legs/Knees
Wednesday - Calves/Ankles
Thursday - Feet
Friday - Balance

* Repeat every two week
 

What you will need for each class:

 

A wall or a door that you can lean again

Large Hand Towel

2 Tennis Balls

Breath of Health Master Class ($99 month)

Every breath you take, affects every part of your body and it trickles down to every aspect of your life. How well you breathe determines your health, but do you know if you are breathing well or even breathing correctly?  

Join us online every night from 8:30 pm - 9:00 pm in the comfort of your home to mindfully focus on improving and strengthen your breathe. We will also be using tennis balls to gently roll out and breathe out those tight, tense and stiff muscles. This will allow you learn and better connect with your own body.

The goal is to bring consistency to the end of your day and prepare you for a restful night of sleep, so you can wake up feeling good and renew.

The goal of the classes is to build a community and together we will be committed, consistent and continue to grow younger.

What you will need for each class:

1. Large Hand Towel

2 Tennis Balls

Movement and Wellness Masterclass ($99 month)

 

Are you over the age of 50 and know that you need to exercise but have no motivation or direction? Just want a full body exercise routine twice a week that you can do at your level?

Join us online every Tuesday and Friday from 11 am - 12 pm in the comfort of your home or during your lunch hour at work. I will show different levels to modify each exercise.You will get a productive hour of whole body workout twice a week.

The goal is to bring consistency to your week and your body so you can feel better, move better and make the 2nd part of your life the best part of your life.  Below are more details if you wish to attend the classes.

What you will need for each class:

1. A wall or a door that you can lean against
2. Large Hand Towel
3. 2 Tennis Balls
4. Softball (optional)
5. Foam roller or hydro flask water bottle
6. Chair
7.Yoga Mat (optional)
8. Resistance Bands - light to medium
9. Hand Weight - 2 dumbbells (1-10 pounds each, if you don't have dumbbells, you can also use can goods  or plastic water bottles)
 

 

 

Class will be on Zoom. You will need to download the Zoom application on your computer, laptop, tablet or phone. If you wish to attend, please also email me so I can add you to my list and send you the Zoom link

If you have a class pass please call or text 808-226-4653 to reserve your spot because classe are limted to 4-6 people.

If you don't get a reply back within an hour, please email lisi@journeytofitness.com

Class and private session are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. Studio must be notified of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to class via text message or voicemail 808-226-4653. When texting, be sure you get a reply back within an hour confirming your cancellation.  If advance notice is not provided, then the full amount  of the class will be forfeited.
