Movement and Wellness Masterclass ($99 month)


Are you over the age of 50 and know that you need to exercise but have no motivation or direction? Just want a full-body exercise routine twice a week that you can do at your level?

Join us online every Tuesday and Thurday from 12 pm - 1 pm in the comfort of your home or during your lunch hour at work. I will show different levels to modify each exercise. You will get a productive hour of whole-body workout twice a week.

The goal is to bring consistency to your week and your body so you can feel better, move better and make the 2nd part of your life the best part of your life.  Below are more details if you wish to attend the classes.

What you will need for each class:

1. A wall or a door that you can lean against
2. Large Hand Towel
3. 2 Tennis Balls
4. Softball (optional)
5. Foam roller or hydro flask water bottle
6. Chair
7.Yoga Mat (optional)
8. Resistance Bands - light to medium
9. Hand Weight - 2 dumbbells (1-10 pounds each, if you don't have dumbbells, you can also use canned goods or plastic water bottles)
