“What’s wrong with me?”

But:

“What is this trying to teach me about myself?”

I don’t want you to spend your life depending on another expert, coach, program, or method to tell you what you need.

I want to teach you how to understand yourself so well that you become your own greatest guide.

Because the better you understand yourself, the better you can care for yourself.
And the better you care for yourself, the more intentionally you can choose what comes next.
