1. Why a far infrared sauna instead of a traditional sauna?
A Far infrared sauna is different than a conventional sauna because the far infrared wavelengths directly penetrate your body and do not heat up the air to the same degree by convention as in a conventional sauna. The benefit effects are produced at a much lower temperature, usually in the range of 115-150 degree F. (46-65 degree C) while a temperature range in a conventional sauna is usually between 180-200 degree F. Infrared sauna has the ability to penetrate deep into tissue, muscles, joints, and organs. Conventional sauna only heat up the surface of the body and the ambient air. In order to detox, one must do high-intense exercise to create heat from the core of the body and to cause sweating. Long gone are the old fashion and uncomfortable way of detoxing and healing the body. Infrared sauna therapy makes wellness enjoyable.

7. What is the best thing to do after a far infrared sauna session?

We recommend waiting 30 minutes after your sauna session to shower. Your body may continue to sweat for 30 minutes after a sauna session, if you can, it is best to wait until your body

returns to its normal temperature. Embrace the sweat. Drink 1-2 cups of water to re-hydrate the body.


8. How long should I stay per far infrared sauna session?

Each session is 30 minutes, but always use your personal comfort level to determine how long you should stay in the far infrared sauna. Your sessions may be shorter or longer than most.

10. Can I exercise after a far infrared sauna session?

We do not recommend exercise after your session because far infrared saunas are designed to relax your body and muscles, which is the opposite thing your body needs before a workout. It's best to stretch, fascia blast or roll during or after your sauna session.

11. Who should not use far infrared sauna?

If you have heart, respiratory, or health condition. 

12. Is far infrared sauna safe for people who have breast implants, metals, rods, screws, pacemakers, or other devices?

Because it's still such a new technology and we don't know the long term effects it's important you ask your doctor and do your research to decide if it's safe for you.
