Posture Transformation

Your posture affects how you look, feel and move. It's your message to the people around you. It's the difference between getting that job, that date, or even the possibility of being a victim of an assault. When you have good posture, people look at you differently, treat you differently, and most of the time you own the room when you walk in.

Posture & Movement Transformation

This is a client who did not have proper body mechanics and connections with his chest and shoulder stabilizer muscles when performing push-ups. We re-educate and reconnect his muscles to his CNS, so he no longer had to compensate and stress his neck, upper traps, and shoulders joints. This was achieved in one session.

Posture & Body Transformation

This is a client who had a difficult time activating his back muscles, especially his right side. The second picture was right after he had fascia treatment. His tissue got rehydrated and he was better able to activate his back. In the third picture, we re-educated and reconnect his muscles to his CNS and he was able to fully activate his entire back. This posture and body transformation were in one session.

Neck Transformation

This client's neck muscles were tight and thick from years of computer work and poor posture. She rehydrated the fascia of her neck every night at home in the shower for one week.  Results were soft, flexible, and youthful neck.

The 4 Stages of Fitness

You may have just started to exercise or have been restricted by an injury.  Interestingly, you may be thinking you are doing the right thing in class or at the gym, but you may not realize that you could be engaging the wrong muscles and creating imbalances that could lack strength and control for progression and a greater chance for injuries at work, home or in the gym. Our goal is to teach self-awareness and techniques that elevate your fitness level and lower your risk of injuries. Ultimately, you will have the foundation to finally enjoy exercise and improve your quality of life

Growth and success come in stages, just like a baby must learn how to crawl before learning how to walk, run and then sprint. Fitness is the same; if you skip a stage, it will lead to negative results we see all the time, inconsistency, lack of success and ultimately, injuries.

Journey to Fitness Pyramid®

Learn the 5 key principles, the foundation of correct movement and exercise.  Any subject requires a firm foundation to build on.  Take English for example; you need to learn your alphabet.  In math you have your numbers and in music you have your notes.

Exercise is also a subject, yet most people just jump into it without a foundation to build on.  My fitness pyramid encompasses six levels.  In the level-1 classes you will learn my five key principles to good health and fitness (Posture, Flexibility, Breathing, Core, and Mind-Muscle Connection).  Each principle must be mastered for them to work together just like an orchestra.

The second step utilizes devices such as therapy balls, foam rollers, tennis balls, acupressure mat, cupping, fasciablaster® and many more tools to relieve tension and release tight fascia and muscles.

The third step encompasses proper stretching techniques to increase range of motion, which in turn gives you flexibility, energy and strength.

The fourth step is strengthening the core, a very misunderstood and confusing term in fitness.  Many articles and trainers tell you to use your core, but they don’t explain exactly how to find it and activate it. Most people end up sucking their tummy and holding their breath.

Step 5 and 6 integrate what you learned in the previous steps and apply it to the upper and lower body exercises.

At the very top of the pyramid, the body is capable to perform a variety of different exercises.
