Starting February 1, 2025 (8:00 am - 9:30 am)
Ala Moana Beach Park
30 minutes: Rolling on a 6-inch foam ball to release the fascia
30 minutes: Stretching and strengthening combination
30 minutes: Aqua jogging in the ocean
Cost: $45 per class drop-ins (call and prepaid the day before)
$35 per class if prepaid for the month

6" Foam Ball - $15
Stretching/strengthening Band - $10
