You may have just started to exercise or have been restricted by an injury.  Interestingly, you may be thinking you are doing the right thing in class or at the gym, but you may not realize that you could be engaging the wrong muscles and creating imbalances that could lack strength and control for progression and a greater chance for injuries at work, home or in the gym. Our goal is to teach self-awareness and techniques that elevate your fitness level and lower your risk of injuries. Ultimately, you will have the foundation to finally enjoy exercise and improve your quality of life

Growth and success come in stages, just like a baby must learn how to crawl before learning how to walk, run and then sprint. Fitness is the same; if you skip a stage, it will lead to negative results we see all the time, inconsistency, lack of success and ultimately, injuries.
There are no short cuts in life and you must make the time to do the hard work and EARN IT. Doing so, you will have the confidence and competence to take what you learned and apply it to your own self-care and wellness routine.

We only know what we know, so come and experience for yourself “What you don’t know!”  When it comes to your body, what you don’t know in today’s world is harmful as you age which leads to unnecessary pain and injuries. Your healthy, beautiful, and amazing body wants and desires to age and move well. When you treat it well by learning to move well, real restoration and transformation happens. There’s an old wise saying, “When you are ready, the teacher and the opportunity will appear.” – ARE YOU READY?

In this 6 weeks, you will:

  • Learn how to assess your own posture and other people around you.

  • Experience true release of muscle tension with fascia hydration.

  • Develop a new level of awareness and understanding about your posture, habits, and movement pattern.

  • Learn self-care tools so you can create a real plan, with real solutions that you can commit to and start building a better body and future for yourself.

  • Be in a safe, supportive and inviting environment with no judgments and expectations. Just the desire to learn and be better.


This is for you if:

  • You have lack of knowledge about your own posture.

  • You work a desk job on the computer all day and are experiencing chronic stiffness, aches, and pains in the neck, shoulders, back, hands, wrist, hips, knees, ankles, and feet from sitting too much and want to undo and reset your poor posture.

  • You are retired and now is the time to start taking action so you can truly enjoy retirement and maintain your independence as you age.

  • You are aware and know what you need to do to improve your health, but are unable to be consistent and need support, structure, and foundation to move well.

  • You are a lifetime learner, open and curious of “what I don’t know” and searching for new answers and solutions to improve and grow.

  • You have taken your body for granted from year of over exercising incorrectly and now it’s time to treat it right and learn the correct way.

  • You enjoy exercise, but don't really know what you are doing when working out to improve to the next level.

  • You don't enjoy exercise, but want to learn the correct way to move well to prevent injuries.



Q: When is this 6 weeks program?

A: It will be your choice and flexible to your schedule if you choose to do the program in private sessions. Group sessions are limited to 6 people.

Current Price

Private = $4000

Group = $2500/each (6 people limited)

6 Weeks Private session includes the following:

  • 30 (55 minutes) group session on Monday-Friday

  • Recorded session for review purpose

6 Weeks Group session includes the following:

  • 30 (55 minutes) group session on Monday-Friday

  • 6 (20 minutes) private session once a week

  • Recorded session for those who missed a class or for review purpose

Important cancellation policy:

No Refundable deposit of $500

Full payment is due before the first session. In the event of the client’s request for withdrawal, for any reason whatsoever, the client will be charged a cancellation fee of 20% of totally cost of the class and the remaining prorated (if there are any after the 20% charge), will be credit and may be use of future coaching.  The coach reserves the right to cancel the program if at any point it is determined it is not advantageous for the program to continue. If this happens, the client is only responsible for the share of services provided and remainder will be return back to client.
